Made with a simple blend of parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and a touch of chili, this sauce offers a bold, tangy kick that complements grilled meats, seafood and vegetables. Often referred to as the “pesto of South America,” chimichurri is a versatile and easy-to-make sauce that adds a burst of brightness to any dish.


Chimichurri Sauce


INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 C Fresh parsley (minced)

  • 1/2 C Fresh oregano, minced

  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh garlic, minced

  • 1/2 Tsp Dried red pepper flake

  • 1/2 Tsp Fine ground black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar

  • 2 C Olive oil

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Kosher salt


INSTRUCTIONS:


Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
