Chimichurri Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
2 C Fresh parsley (minced)
1/2 C Fresh oregano, minced
2 Tbsp. Fresh garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp Dried red pepper flake
1/2 Tsp Fine ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
2 C Olive oil
1/2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
