First Growth Bordeaux Dinner

This seven-course menu was served in our luxurious Vault. From Sea Scallop & Lobster Mousseline with Château d’Yquem Bordeaux Blanc to Wagyu Boeuf Bourguignon paired with Château Latour, each dish was designed to enhance the unique qualities of these extraordinary wines. Paired with side-by-side tastings of Lafite Rothschild, Mouton Rothschild, Haut-Brion, and more, this dinner was an unparalleled journey through the world’s most exceptional wines and cuisine.

This six course tasting menu was served in our luxurious Vault. Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted wines hosted by legendary winemaker Chris Carpenter. Chef Aaron Coon created a menu to pair with offerings from La Jota, Mt Brave, and Candinale.

Molecular Gastronomy

A fourteen course tasting menu was served in our luxurious Vault. For this dinner, we completely unlocked the shackles of creative restriction for our Chefs, and the result was spectacular. Our Sommelier, mixology, and barista teams worked together to provide a unique pairing for each course. This dinner aimed to delight our guests and take them on a journey from the usual to the magical.

This was a seven course tasting menu in our luxurious Vault. Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted wines from the Grgich Hills Estate, hosted by Sean Barrett of Grgich Hills. Sean and Chef Aaron Coon created a menu to pair with offerings such as Fume Blanc, vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, Violetta Late Harvest Wine, and more.

The Feast

The Feast was a night of family-style culinary indulgences in our luxurious Vault. At Marble Room, we believe bigger is better, and our Chefs prepared a menu of epic proportions.
We served family-style whole Peking Duck, Roasted Chicken, Salmon, Lamb Shanks, Tomahawk Steaks, and a whole Suckling Pig! Of course after dinner, guests enjoyed an extravagant display of desserts prepared by our Executive Pastry Chef.
Tickets included dinner, a welcome aperitif, and an after dinner cocktail.

Dry Creek

Our six-course Dry Creek Wine Dinner was in our luxurious Vault in April. Guests enjoyed beautifully crafted wines from Dry Creek Winery, hosted by winemaker Tim Bell. Tim and Chef Aaron Coon created a menu to pair with offerings of Chenin Blanc, The Mariner Meritage Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, and more.

Far Niente Wine Dinner
